We were meeting a family friend about noon, so we wanted to get her a gift from the Flower Market that morning before we left to meet her.
So we got dressed and headed down the promenade and walked around for a bit because we got the market before everyone had even set up (sorry dan!).

We thought it was funny that we passed a nightclub we had walked by the night before that was in full swing and we saw a bunch of party-goers still partying at 7am that morning. They had their cocktails and were hanging out in front of the club...it was an interesting site to seem some of the people stumbling about at 7am.

The flower and farmers market was beautiful! So much fresh produce, the ripest tomatoes I've ever seen, bins and bins full of olives, seasoned mushrooms, roasted red peppers, flowers, bread, cheese, fish, wine, etc. You name it...they had it. We bought some cherries, marinated olives and roasted sun dried tomatoes that we snacked on while walking around. We picked out a goregous boquet of flowers and a nice bottle of wine to give our family friend that was hosting us for lunch.

We stopped for cafe and crepes at an outdoor cafe on our way back to the hotel and walked thru an old book sale in the middle of the plaza. Then we headed to the train station to meet our family friend Eveleyne.
