I know I'm not alone when I get ready to go to a baby shower, brunch, work party, etc. and I stand in front of my closet and wonder "what the heck does one wear to lunch with work friends" or "what does business casual mean exactly"?
I saw this book at the bookstore yesterday and had seen it on a blog I read regularly and decided I had to have it.
It's fantastic....it lists all sorts of occassions one might have to attend and then shows pictures and gives examples of outfits that would be perfect to wear.

It's not that hard. T shirt and jeans any day of the week. The more fancy or more you want to impress just increase the number of buttons. If your at all worried about being under dressed drop the jeans and put on slacks and continue increasing buttons. If you got an actual invitation then you dust off the suit. If you arrive and are way over dressed then leave the jacket in the car. Duh. Not like you need a book.
